- Application Store means Apple App Store, Google Play, AppGallery or RuStore

- Account means a unique account created for You to access our Service
- Country refers to: Hong Kong SAR China
- Company refers to Evesoft Limited, 7/F, MW Tower, 111 Bonham Strand, Sheung Wan
- Content refers to content such as text, images, or other information
- Device means any device that can access the Service
- Free Trial refers to a limited period of time that may be free when purchasing a Subscription
- In-app Purchase refers to the purchase of a product, item, service or Subscription made through the Application
- Service refers to the Application
- Subscriptions refer to the services or access to the Service offered on a subscription basis
- Terms and Conditions mean these Terms and Conditions
- You means the individual accessing or using the Service
Acknowledgment
These are the Terms and Conditions governing the use of this Service. Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on Your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms and Conditions.
You represent that you are over the age of 18. The Company does not permit those under 18 to use the Service.
Subscriptions
Subscription period
The Application is free to download and use. Additional features may be available with a monthly, six-month, annual or family annual Subscription.
Subscription cancellations
Subscriptions are purchased and managed through the applicable Application Store. You may cancel renewal in that store's subscription settings.
Billing
Billing is processed by the applicable Application Store under its terms and payment methods.
Fee Changes
Current prices, currency, taxes and renewal terms for Your region are displayed by the applicable Application Store before You confirm a purchase.
Refunds
Refunds are handled under the applicable Application Store rules and applicable law.
Free Trial
A Subscription may include a Free Trial. Its duration, eligibility and terms are displayed in the Application or by the applicable Application Store before purchase.
In-app Purchases
The Application may include In-app Purchases that allow you to buy products, services or Subscriptions.
Promotions
Any Promotions made available through the Service may be governed by rules that are separate from these Terms.
User Accounts
When You create an account with Us, You must provide Us information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times.
Content
Your Right to Post Content
Our Service allows You to post Content. You are responsible for the Content that You post to the Service.
Content Restrictions
The Company is not responsible for the content of the Service's users.
Content Backups
Although regular backups of Content are performed, the Company does not guarantee there will be no loss or corruption of data.
